Hi,
I have a client using your software. He does not have access to the internet at home. Can I still make use of the remote updating feature in the software?

Yes, you will still be able to remotely update your client. You do this using the normal telephone line in your client's home using the computer modem and dial-up networking.

The following pdf file gives instructions of how to do this.
