Dear Dr. Mortley:
I downloaded the setup for the trial program however I get a message on trying to launch the installer saying that there is an error in initializing the program.
Can you offer me any asistance?

Hi Helen,
Sorry to hear you have had problems downloading the file. to check that the entire programme downloaded you can right-mouse click on it to check the proprties.
The properties of the 30-day trial file (setup.exe) should be:
size: 394,385,856 bytes
size on disk: 394,387,456 bytes
If it is not this size then I suggest you try downloading again. If you still have problems then I am more than happy to post you a 30-day trial CD. let me know how you get on.
